Retro Arcade Venue Manager at Carfest

At Carfest, I was responsible for the smooth running of an area within the RetroFest Space. I oversaw the setup of the Arcade Tent containing retro arcade games and consoles, and I setup two separate workshop tents that would host a series of crafting workshops over the weekend.

I also supported the Area Manager with bringing over 20 traders and stall exhibitors onto the site safely and getting them positioned.

Throughout the weekend I managed the three tents, ensuring they ran smoothly, dealing with any technical or guest issues.

I also managed groups of volunteers across the weekend, prioritising their welfare in the very warm weather.
