Deputy Event Manager at Markshall Estate

During this month-long show run I was the deputy event manager, working with front-of-house, site managers and the technical team to ensure guest safety and smooth operation of the light show. I managed the on-site medical, security and parking teams giving them daily operational briefings.

My experience and welfare-first approach meant I was able to take care of guest and staff emergencies. I also handled any guest complaints, working with the FOH manager to offer suitable solutions.

I went above and beyond to ensure the stewarding team were supported, especially during adverse weather. I provided my team with a hot Christmas buffet on Christmas Eve as thanks for their hard work over the month.
