Frontier Developments Staff Summer Festival

I successfully delivered Frontier Developments’ largest event, creating a small festival style summer party for 1200 attendees. This included sourcing a venue and procuring food vendors, marquees, live entertainment, toilets, medical services, security and track matting which I then managed on site.

During the planning stage I conducted multiple site visits to optimise event flow, layout and supplier positioning. I delivered successful tabletop meetings with all relevant stakeholders and worked closely with the health & safety team to develop risk assessments.

I worked closely with the procurement team to carefully select and onboard suppliers and ensure they had the correct insurances.

I managed all suppliers, staff and volunteers on site. Delegating efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth event delivery.
