Frontier Developments’ Winter Party

I was responsible for the planning and delivery of the staff Winter Party at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford. I worked closely with the venue manager at Duxford to deliver a 1940’s themed dinner party for 600 guests.

This involved coordinating RSVPs and a seating plan for all 600 guests, ensuring guests with dietary requirements were identified and safely catered for.

I planned and managed the decor and entertainment for the event which included Charleston dancers, a live swing band, photo studio and casino tables.
