Zone Management at Leeds Light Night

This project involved managing two areas of Leeds city centre with an 8000+ capacity. I was responsible for reporting any crowd safety issues, security risks, accidents and emergencies to event control.

I was also responsible for ensuring technical aspects of the installations were running as planned, working with the artists and venue managers to quickly resolve any issues that occurred.

I oversaw the head volunteer at each location and acted as their point of escalation for any volunteer related issues.
